Cait Conley on Service, West Point, and Why She’s Running in New York’s 17th

Cait Conley, a fourth-generation Hudson Valley native, talked with Jim about her path from West Point through sixteen years of active duty, including six combat deployments and more than a decade in Army special operations, to senior roles at the National Security Council and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where she helped lead election security for the 2024 cycle. Conley is running for Congress in New York’s 17th District, a seat that spans Rockland, northern Westchester, Putnam and southern Dutchess counties.
